For the more adventurous there is Planet Sauvage just a short dive away, a wildlife safari park that offers a great day out for the whole family.

For the golfers among you there is the famous golf course at St Jean de Monts where you can hire equipment should you need it.
Lying off the West coast is the beautiful island, L’ile d’Yeu that can be reached either by helicopter or boat. The island is a haven for walkers and cyclist as no motor vehicles are allowed.
A short drive South is Le Jardin des Olfacties or the Perfumed Garden, famous for its collection of scented herbs, flowers and plants.
A definite ‘must’ is the theme park Puy de Fou, the premiere attraction in Europe. It is an attraction not to be missed whether you visit the theme park during the day or the spectacular Cine-Cene at night.
Just a short drive away are the wonderful beaches of the Atlantic coast, the popular coastal resort of St Jean de Monts and the picturesque port of St Gilles Croix de Vie.
To the North is the beautiful city of Nantes and it’s ancient Chateau and Cathedral where you will find numerous museums, exhibitions, parks and gardens. You can take a guided tour of the old city or spend a leisurely afternoon on a riverboat viewing the Chateaux of the Loire.
